Nei giorni dal 24 al 26, abbiamo girato nel territorio della Livenza<\/strong> con l\u2019obiettivo di creare un percorso per i visitatori dove l\u2019acqua, il territorio e il cibo <\/strong>saranno i protagonisti assoluti insieme alle aziende locali che lavorano qui da anni, se non da generazioni!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sar\u00e0 un percorso che permetter\u00e0 di conoscere appieno questo luogo in modo sostenibile, scoprendo, non solo le unicit\u00e0 e le bellezze, ma anche le criticit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il nostro obiettivo \u00e8 collegare le diverse realt\u00e0 locali, (dal B&B al ristorante, fino alle aziende agricole e agli artigiani), attraverso percorsi ed esperienze da fare in bici, in barca oppure a piedi.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ma cos\u2019\u00e8 Slow Food Travel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slow Food Travel \u00e8 un progetto che propone un modo diverso di viaggiare: pi\u00f9 lento<\/strong> e consapevole<\/strong>, entrando in contatto, in modo autentico, con la storia e la cultura del luogo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 creare una comunit\u00e0 di realt\u00e0 locali<\/strong> che collaborano, si conoscono e raccontano insieme il territorio, rafforzandolo e creando nuove opportunit\u00e0 sia per chi ci lavora sia per chi lo visita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ci rivolgiamo a un turista curioso, che vuole scoprire i prodotti locali, conoscere chi li realizza e vivere il luogo entrando in contatto con chi lo abita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
