Presente in oltre 150 Paesi, lavora ogni giorno per tutelare la biodiversit\u00e0, valorizzare i saperi dei territori e creare un legame diretto tra chi produce e chi consuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;A tavola non si invecchia&#8221;<\/em>, recita un proverbio. E dopo quaranta anni passati a difendere il cibo vero e la gioia della condivisione, continuiamo a prenderci gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per noi la parola&nbsp;<strong>cibo<\/strong>&nbsp;ha il sapore della storia, delle tradizioni e dei diritti, ma parla soprattutto delle scelte che compiamo ogni giorno quando facciamo la spesa. <strong>Non siamo semplici consumatori<\/strong>: agiamo con consapevolezza, nutriamo la nostra curiosit\u00e0 e scegliamo ci\u00f2 che fa bene alla salute e al pianeta.
